In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered July 21 against Dale Lee Spaulding of Glidden on a charge of domestic abuse assault with intent to cause pain/injury. He was fined $105 with a $14.75 surcharge. Court costs were $91.50.
In another case against Spaulding initiated after the above case, he changed his plea to guilty to two charges of violation of a no contact order. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail on each count, not concurrent. However, the jail time on the first count is concurrent to the sentence in a case in which he was charged with harassment. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on each of the two counts. Nine counts of violation of a no contact order were dismissed. Court costs were $60. (Sentencing: Honorable Joseph B. McCarville)
